Warranty

PR is committed to delivering a quality constructed Project. The end of the project does not mean the end of our involvement in the project. At the end of most projects a warranty/maintenance manual is supplied. The owner must ensure they follow the required maintenance as outlined in these important documents. It is recommended that you record any and all work that you complete in accordance with the manual. If you do not follow the required maintenance you risk the possibility of voiding warranty. PR will supply the warranty as outlined in the project specifications. If no warranty requirements are supplied we will review the project on a case by case basis and negotiate a term on any warrantable items that will benefit all parties involved.

PR is a licensed HPO contractor and can arrange third party HPO mandated warranties that can extend water penetration warranties up to 5 and ten year terms.
